Former UFC star Claudia Gadelha seemingly has a new pastime after announcing her retirement from MMA… giving sex tips.

The 33-year-old, who retired this week, shared a video in which she listed three ways for people to better their anal sex experiences.

Sporting a pair of white headphones and donning a black tracksuit, the Brazilian explained her top tips in a move which was branded by an excitable Reddit user as 'the lord's work'.

“I have three tips to give you so you can penetrate girls better,” Gadelha began.

“First, make her feel good, make her feel like a queen, make her feel like a badass, that’s going to help her relax, treat her very well.”

Her second step involved the use of sex toys for added stimulation.

“Second, bring a toy in, bring a vibrator in, that’s going to help her," Gadelha continued.

“If she’s not relaxed, if she doesn’t know how to breathe she’s going to feel pain, so a vibrator can make her relax better with a lot of stimulation on the clitoris.”

Her third and final tip involves the use of lubrication and explained why it is so important to achieve maximum pleasure in the bedroom.

What do you think of Gadelha's tips? Let us know in the comments section…

“A lot of lube. She needs to get hydrated and lube will help a lot.

“Try to use these three tips from a girl that knows in my opinion every girl can feel pleasure and can have a lot of orgasms through the ass.

“Try it out and let me know how it goes.”

The video sent Reddit users into raptures and one said: "Well… I never thought I'd hear Claudia Gadelha say clitoris and p***y. But now I have."

Another added: "Not all heroes wear capes."

Gadelha competed in the Women's Strawweight division of the Ultimate Fighting Championship.

During her fighting career, she competed for a UFC title and compiled a 7-5 record in the promotion.

Gadelha fought a number of the 115-pound division’s standouts, including Joanna Jedrzejczyk (twice, once for a UFC title), Angela Hill, Carla Esparza, Jessica Andrade, Karolina Kowalkiewicz, Jessica Aguilar, and Ayaka Hamasaki.

The star this week called time on her 12-year pro MMA career, and stated the concussion symptoms she suffered following a loss in her last fight against Yan Xiaonan in November 2020 as the driving force.

“In November of 2020 after a fight I had a really bad concussion and I had a post-concussion syndrome, which is the symptoms of a concussion for a long period of time. So I suffered with the symptoms for a little while,” she said.

“It was very frustrating because my headaches were like a knife stabbing the back of my head.

"I was very nauseous, almost throwing up, feeling very, very bad. I couldn’t even go for a walk, couldn’t train, it was very frustrating.

“With that being said I started thinking about not fighting anymore.

“I did a lot of brain treatments to get healthier and I was so afraid of going back to what it was and then a lot of other opportunities showed up in my life.”
