Philadelphia Eagles offensive lineman Josh Sills is accused of forcing a woman to perform oral sex on him in his truck for ‘approximately 20 minutes’ in 2019, according to court documents obtained by DailyMail.com.

‘Joshua Matthew Sills, on or about the 5th day of December, 2019, in the county of Guernsey aforesaid, did engage in sexual conduct with [victim] when Joshua Mathew Sills purposely compelled her to submit by force or threat of force…’

Ohio prosecutors said on Wednesday that Sills ‘forcibly restrained and raped a woman’ in December 2019, prompting the Guernsey County’s Sheriff Office to launch a recent probe into the incident. Following the investigation, a grand jury indicted 25-year-old Sills on one felony count of rape and one felony count of kidnapping. He’s expected back in court on February 16.

It remains unclear why the charges were filed three years after the crime was first reported to Ohio authorities. Spokespeople for Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost did not immediately respond to DailyMail.com’s request for an explanation.

Sills’ attorney, Michael Connick, said the allegations are false and that his client will plead innocent. The Oklahoma State product was recently placed on the Commissioner’s exempt list, effectively suspending him for the Eagles’ upcoming Super Bowl LVII matchup with the Kansas City Chiefs on February 12.
