Michael Schumacher's son Mick is set to make his Formula 1 debut this weekend ahead of the Tuscan Grand Prix this weekend.
The 21-year-old will take part in free practice on Friday, and it is not yet know who he will race for.
Schumacher currently sits second in the Formula 2 rankings, and won last weekend's race in Monza.
“He's doing very well this season in Formula 2,” Ferrari team boss Mattia Binotto told Bild am Sonntag last month.
“His job was to improve and make progress. He's doing that. We'll discuss what we're going to do with him next year very soon.
“The 21-year-old belongs to the Italian youth academy. The next logical step would be first of all a smaller Formula 1 team where he can get to know everything and then slowly move up.”
