Antoine Griezmann admits he is already eyeing MLS move
‘I don’t know with which team, but I really want to play there’: Antoine Griezmann admits he is already eyeing future MLS move (just a year after joining Barcelona) – so could David Beckham’s Inter Miami swoop for him?

- David Beckham’s Inter Miami franchise might be an attractive option
Antoine Griezmann has revealed that he wants to end his career playing in Major League Soccer.
The French forward joined Barcelona from Atletico Madrid for £108million last year but is already planning his next move.
Griezmann first wants to win all the major trophies with his current club – as well as retaining the World Cup with France in 2022 – but after that he is looking towards the United States.

At the age of 29 and with that World Cup just two years away, a move to the MLS might not be too far away on Griezmann’s schedule.
‘Winning La Liga and the Champions League with Barca would be a dream, and also my objective,’ Griezmann told the Los Angeles Times.
‘After that winning whatever comes. There’s another World Cup so the World Cup in Qatar. And after that MLS.
‘I don’t know with which team, but I really want to play there. For me it’s an objective to end my career in the United States with the possibility of playing well and being a big part of the team and fighting for a title.’
Griezmann would certainly make an attractive target for David Beckham’s new Inter Miami franchise. Beckham has been looking for a star signing to put his team on the map and have even looked at signing Lionel Messi in future.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Wayne Rooney and Beckham himself are among the stars of the game who have enjoyed MLS spells late in their careers, as Griezmann is clearly considering.
MLS is, however, rather lacking in world-famous players since the recent departures of Ibrahimovic and Rooney. The biggest names currently in MLS include former Manchester United and Real Madrid striker Javier Hernandez, ex-Arsenal forward Carlos Vela, and midfielder Victor Wanyama, who left Tottenham earlier this year.
Griezmann will soon return to action with Barcelona following the coronavirus-enforced suspension of LaLiga, on June 13 against Real Mallorca.
