Former Arsenal winger Serge Gnabry continues to shine for Bayern Munich.
The Germany international has been one of the best players in the Champions League this season as Bayern go in search of the double after their Bundesliga triumph, scoring nine goals in nine outings.
The 25-year-old decide to leave the Emirates in 2016 despite being offered a new deal by Arsene Wenger, and went on to prove his talent at Werder Bremen before shining at the very highest level.
Gunners supporters were quick to share their dismay after another masterclass from Gnabry on Wednesday, which included two first-half goals against Manchester City conquerers Lyon.
One fan wrote: “Serge Gnabry is someone I wish was still at Arsenal.”
A second said: “Gnabry wouldn’t be where he is today without Arsenal.”
A third added: ”I don't know any Arsenal fan that was happy Gnabry left.”
With a fourth concluding: “Arsenal literally sold Gnabry for 5m. This still hurts.”
Wenger told beIN Sport of the move earlier this tear: “This guy has no limitations. It is more how much he wants to suffer.
“He has pace, power and technical ability and sometimes he looks for the easy way in football and that was his problem.
“We had an agreement with him and then Bayern stole him away from Werder Bremen.”
Before adding: “Because he didn’t play at West Brom I let him go with the Under-21s in the summer, the national side, and he did very well. He was refreshed and we had prepared him.

“Then suddenly he was asked to sign his new contract and wanted to go to Werder Bremen.
“But it was not Werder Bremen who bought him it was Bayern Munich who bought him.
“Because six months, a year later, he moved from Bremen to Bayern but it was a done deal before.
“It was the end of his contract and we thought he would stay.”
