Hector Bellerin latest

Arsenal are willing to offload Hector Bellerin if they receive a substantial offer for the defender, with Inter Milan eyeing a potential summer switch.

Victor Moses, on loan from Chelsea, is currently Antonio Conte’s back-up right-sided wing-back to Antonio Candreva.

But according to FCInterNews, it is not clear whether or not the Nerazurri will be able to retain Moses’ talents on a permanent basis.

And with Inter needing to recruit a player who can offer competition for Candreva, who turned 33 in February, Bellerin has been identified as an alternative.

Wanted: Cesar Gelabert

Arsenal are leading Premier League rivals Manchester United in the battle to sign Real Madrid teenager Cesar Gelabert.

That’s according to Spanish newspaper AS, who claim Mikel Arteta’s side are ‘well placed’ to secure the attacking midfielder’s services in the upcoming transfer window.

Gelabert’s current deal is set to expire in June 2021 and talks have struck an impasse with the player’s chances of breaking into Zinedine Zidane’s plans thought to be slim.

Manchester United, Borussia Dortmund and Lyon are all ‘keeping tabs’ on the 19-year-old’s situation – but AS believe it could be a straight shootout between Arsenal and Barcelona.

The Gunners have been extensively scouting Gelabert for a number of months, while Barcelona believe the right offer could tempt their fiercest rivals to do business.

Sokratis future plans

Sokratis Papastathopoulos is seriously considering his future at Arsenal.

That’s according to journalist Nicolo Schira, who claims the 31-year-old Greece international could leave the Emirates Stadium this summer.

Sokratis featured just once in the last six Premier League fixtures under manager Mikel Arteta, who himself is in the market for a new centre-back.

“Sokratis Papastathopoulos could leave Arsenal at the end of the season and is considering options ahead of the summer transfer window,” Schira tweeted. “He has seen his playing opportunities at the Emirates decrease under Arteta. Gunners are looking a CB for the next season.”
