Barcelona accidentally ‘leak’ Man Utd’s new 2020/21 home kit

Barcelona appear to have inadvertently revealed Manchester United's home kit for next season through a YouTube video.

United signed their current kit deal with Adidas back in 2015 for an eye-watering £750m over 10 years, and the strips have generally been a hit with supporters.

The Red Devils were not planning to reveal their new kit yet, but Barcelona seem to have accidentally done it for them in a blunder while simulating a match between the two sides on the popular video game Pro Evolution Soccer.

When uploading the video, Barcelona included Paul Pogba modelling the new kit on the thumbnail, and although they swiftly deleted the image, many supporters had already screenshotted the image and shared it on social media.

The new shirt is somewhat unusual, and includes a yellow and black striped pattern in addition to the traditional red that United wear at home.

It also contains a flattened-down white collar, and has received mixed reviews from supporters on Twitter.

Some were positive, with one fan saying "It's growing on me," and another adding "It's actually not that bad," but others were less keen, with comments including "That's terrible" and "Looks like a bus seat."
