Gareth Southgate will take a 30 per cent wage cut after the FA introduced a number of cost-cutting measures due to the coronavirus crisis.
The England manager will see his £3m-a-year salary cut by £225,000 over the next three months, with England Women’s manager Phil Neville and Under-21s boss Aidy Boothroyd also impacted.
According to The Times, the cuts across the organisation at the Football Association have been made due to potential losses of £150m with more than 10 per cent of the workforce expected to be place on furlough.
