Fans love Richarlison ‘taking the p***’ with ball juggling to mock Man Utd

Rival fans of Manchester United have hailed Everton's Richarlison for taking the 'p***' out of Ralf Rangnick's side during their dismal performance at Goodison Park.

The Brazil international saw an opportunity to showcase his head control during the opening stages of the second half as the home side looked to build on the lead they gained thanks to Anthony Gordon during the opening 45 minutes.

Red Devils fans were left speechless on Twitter as the forward seemed to mock his opponents by not taking the game too seriously despite there being just one goal in the game with more than half-an-hour remaining.

One fan wrote with three crying emojis: "Richarlison is mocking it." With a second adding: "You know you're s***e if even Richarlison doin this against you."

A third added: "Richarlison taking the p*** out of United." With a fourth agreeing: "Richarlison taking the p*** and doing head tennis."

Former Premier League midfielder Michael Brown said of how the fixture was playing out on BBC Radio 5 Live: "Manchester United are controlling possession in the middle areas but the play is far too slow.

"They're allowing Everton to get in a 4-5-1 and just be really comfortable out of possession. They've got to improve the tempo and create something – they've not been good enough in this game so far."

The incident with Richarlison came after Manchester City and Arsenal fans said that they felt sorry for Harry Maguire after he incidentally directed the opening goal past David de Gea.

One Manchester City fan wrote on Twitter: "Harry Maguire again. At this point I feel slightly sorry for him." With an Arsenal fan adding: "It had to be Harry Maguire. I actually feel sorry for the lad."
