Hundreds of Barcelona fans flocked to the Nou Camp on Tuesday night to protest against the boards handling of club legend Lionel Messi.
The Argentina striker has requested to leave Catalunya this summer after reaching the end of his tether with the club’s hierarchy.
The 33-year-old spoke to new boss Ronald Koeman about his future, admitting to the Dutchman that he was ‘more out than in’.

He was then reportedly furious to hear that details of that conversation had been leaked to a radio station, before yet more tension was added with the former Everton boss’s handling of Luis Suarez’s exit.
Suarez – who has formed a close friendship with Messi – was one of four players told by Koeman via telephone call that he no longer had a future at the club.
It was speculated that this approach could affect Messi’s decision, and less than 24 hours later he had requested his own move away.
It was that chain of events which brought fans out in force on Tuesday, as they looked to form a united front in a bid to convince the Argentine to stay.
There were chants from the crowd against the board, with calls for president Josep Maria Bartomeu to stand down.

One attendee appeared to get the wrong end of the stick however, as he turned up in full Tottenham kit.
Despite trying to blend in and take part, his presence wasn’t missed on social media, with several users on Twitter making light of his choice of clothing.
One sarcastically called the protester ‘a true Barcelona fan’, while another wrote: ‘Spurs fan there to pick him up you love to see it.’
That was too easy a set up for another, who replied: ‘Well he’s got used to winning nothing after this season so it makes sense.’
