Liverpool fans have been left fuming at BT Sport's coverage of their Champions League match with Porto.
Viewers complained as the channel's online stream encountered difficulties before kick-off.
Some fans wrote on Twitter about how the coverage took ages to buffer, while others berated BT as the stream crashed altogether.
Supporters pleaded with the broadcaster to fix the issue in time for the start of the match.
One unhappy Twitter user complained: "Trying to watch Liverpool / Porto on the @btsport app and the stream is just paused on a still of the net. Anyone else having the same issue?
Someone else moaned: "@btsport has the feed of the Liverpool game crashed? Sort it out please."
A third Twitter user questioned: "What's happening on BT sport 3 Liverpool game haha."
Others pleaded with BT Sport to fix the problems before kick-off: "@btsport Get yourselves sorted. This Liverpool best not go off during the game."
Despite the issues clearing up for some, others encountered more problems well after kick-off.
Almost ten minutes in, another fan wrote: "anyone else BT lagging up for the Liverpool game."
Have you faced issues with the BT Sport stream? Let us know in the comments section.
"Yeah, keeps cutting out," came the reply from one disgruntled fan.
While a different fan added: "Nice of BT to not work while the Liverpool game is on."
Thankfully, Liverpool fans didn't miss anything in the first 15 minutes as the game remained 0-0. But those who continued to encounter issues would have missed Mohamed Salah's opener five minutes later.
The Reds won their opening Champions League group match 3-2 against AC Milan and will be hoping to continue their 100 per cent record in Portugal.
Jurgen Klopp named a close to full strength side for the trip to Porto, but was forced to do without Trent Alexander-Arnold who is also a doubt for Sunday's crunch clash with Manchester City.
Speaking ahead of the Porto game, Klopp told BT Sport: "It didn't look serious but we did further assessment and it was serious.
"He is out for today for sure, he didn't travel, and it doesn't look great for the City game as well.
"It's a muscle thing. We thought it was just tight from the [Brentford] game but it was more and now we have to deal with that."
