Liverpool transfer round-up as Klopp eyes former signing, Bissouma price tag

Jurgen Klopp signed Matthias Ginter during his time at Borussia Dortmund and is again eyeing the German.

The centre-half will soon enter the final year of his deal at Borussia Monchengladbach and may be available in a cut-price deal.

Klopp has had to work without his three recognised centre-halves for much of the season which has shone a light on the need to recruit.

Liverpool could be set to lose several players this summer, one of whom is Georginio Wijnaldum, meaning reinforcements may be required in the middle of the park.

Having surrendered their Premier League title the Reds will be determined to get their transfer business right.

Here are the latest rumours coming out of Anfield.

Klopp eyes reunion with Ginter

Liverpool and Tottenham are both weighing up moves for Borussia Monchengladbach defender Matthias Ginter, reports Bild.

During his time at Borussia Dortmund Jurgen Klopp actually signed the World Cup winner.

Ginter is approaching the final 12 months of his contract meaning Monchengladbach may opt to cash in on the 27-year-old.

The Reds are looking to bolster their defensive options making Ginter an attractive prospect.

Bissouma price revealed

Arsenal and Liverpool have been told that it will cost them £40m to sign Yves Bissouma, reports The Sun .

The Brighton ace has continued to impress on the south coast and is attracting plenty of suitors.

His ability to break up play and start attacks is a huge plus and would benefit any of the top sides.

Wijnaldum is set to leave Anfield and could be followed by Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain meaning Liverpool may be light in midfield.

Goncalves eyed by Reds

Liverpool are considering a move for Sporting midfielder Pedro Goncalves according to Record .

The 22-year-old, who has 22 goals and three assists to his name this season, was signed as Bruno Fernandes' replacement in the Portuguese capital.

He had an underwhelming stint in England with Wolves but has since found his best form with Sporting.
