Man Utd transfer boost as ‘very big possibility’ Jadon Sancho will join club
Manchester United signing Jadon Sancho in the next transfer window is a “very big possibility”, according to European football expert Julien Laurens. Sancho is a key target for United after another fine season in the Bundesliga for the winger. The Borussia Dortmund star excited fans at the weekend during an Instagram live session by suggesting he would be signing for United.
A fan asked Sancho to take a sip of water if he was joining United, which he duly obliged to do.
Laurens reckons it was a joke from Sancho and that a deal is clearly not done between United and Dortmund yet.
However, he says there is a very good chance the 20-year-old will end up joining the Old Trafford club.
“He might be joining United and United will certainly do a lot of work,” Laurens told the Gab and Juls podcast.

“I don’t think it’s done already, obviously, but I think it’s a very big possibility he will end up at Old Trafford in the summer, whenever the transfer window opens.”
United are not the only club interested in signing Sancho, with Liverpool, Chelsea and Manchester City all linked with the England international.
Before the Bundesliga was halted due to the coronavirus outbreak, Sancho had scored 14 goals and assisted 15 in the league this season.
Former England and Watford star Luther Blissett says Sancho will only move to the Premier League if he leaves Dortmund and reckons United would be the ideal club for him.

“If he’s going to be leaving the Bundesliga now the only country he can go to is back to the Premier League.
“The Premier League is what the Serie A was when back in the 1980s, you’ve got all the big-name stars there at the end of the day – it’s the place to be.

“He’s just got to choose the place that suits him and when he gets there he’ll be able to perform in the manner he does at Dortmund.
“United have showed interest so that’s got to be a big draw for him to go to a club of that stature.
“For me if all things are in the right place, and especially if they get into the Champions League, then it’s absolutely the right club to go too.”
