Wayne Rooney serenaded his DC United players with a tale about his supposedly small manhood in an attempt to connote a ‘trial over adversity’ story.
The Manchester United legend certainly needs some more motivational stories to rejuvenate his MLS side. DC United finished bottom of the MLS Eastern Conference having lost 21 of their 34 matches this season.

Considering DC’s domestic performances this season, Rooney will need to dig deep into his experience of recovering from such set-backs. Perhaps, England’s leading goalscorer will be wise to not mention his penis when motivating his players next season.
